Imagine, if we have 10 active emails that are constantly interacting with customers, it means that we have to login to each of these email addresses. This method can save our time and energy. Only by opening one google email, we can monitor many emails at once.
Here's how to connect email hosting with Gmail:
- Login to gmail, click the gear sign in the right corner, then click See All Settings
- Click the Accounts and Import menu, in the send mail section, click another email address
- Then a new window will open, then fill in the form. And Click Next Step
- Then fill in the following form exactly like the following example, then click
add account
- Open your hosting email, because google will send a confirmation code to execute your action. Wait a moment, if the confirmation email has arrived, enter the code requested in the column or you can click directly on the link provided. With this, your email hosting has been added to your gmail. To check it, go back to
Account and Import Settings
- Then add the email hosting in the check mail from other accounts section, click add a mail account.

- Fill in the form as shown below. Then click add account
