Here are the steps:

  1. Please open Mozilla Thunderbird on your PC. Then, click Email to start setting up.
  2. A window appears to fill in the data, including: Your name, email address, and email password. Please, fill in the three data first. Then, click Configure manually.
  3. You can follow the Mail Client Manual Settings information in cPanel. Pay attention to the Protocol, Server, Port, Authentication, and Username. You can click Re-test to test whether the server response is appropriate. Later, a notification like this will appear.

  4. After that, you can click Done to save it.

  5. Finally, your email has been successfully configured on Thunderbird. You can use the email feature as usual. Like opening Inbox, Sent, Archive, etc.
