Editing is an inevitable job. You need to edit your work to make sure that everything is perfect. The same goes for the code on your website. You will need to make some changes to become what you want more. Many people think that editing the code of a website is a very complicated task and requires someone with a background in Information Technology to do it.
- Click the file where you want to edit the code, then click the Code Editor button on the toolbar, or you can also right-click the file and select the
Code Editor
menu. - A pop-up will appear, then click the Edit button, then there will be a new window to display the code to be edited.
- Don't forget to click the Save Changes button so that your changes are saved by the server.
In principle, the Edit Code tool is the same as the Edit Files tool, but this code editing tool is specifically for editing the code contained in script files such as .html, .css, .js, .php, etc.
