Plesk allows you to easily view and manage all email-related settings for each account under your domain, including incoming/outgoing server info, mailbox limits, spam filters, and more.

Step 1: Log in to Plesk

Go to:

https://your-server-ip:8443

Log in with your admin or domain credentials.

Step 2: Go to the Mail Section

  • In the left sidebar, click Mail

  • Choose the domain (if multiple)

  • You'll see a list of all email accounts under that domain

Step 3: Open Mail Settings

  • Click the email address you want to inspect (e.g. [email protected])

  • This opens the Mail Account Settings panel
