Step 1: Log in to Plesk
Visit:
https://your-server-ip:8443
Sign in with your Plesk credentials.
Step 2: Open Website Importing Tool

Go to Websites & Domains

Choose the target domain where you want to import a site

Click Website Importing
If you don’t see this option, install it via Extensions > Extension Catalog > Website Importing.
Step 3: Enter Source Server Details
Fill in the details of the server you want to import from:

Remote server IP or domain name

Username and password (usually SSH or FTP)

Choose FTP, FTPS, or SSH depending on access level
Then click Prepare Import.
Step 4: Select What to Import
Plesk will scan the source server and display available items to import:

Website files
-
Databases
-
Mail accounts (optional)
You can choose All or select specific items.
Step 5: Configure Import Settings
For each item:

Choose where to place files (e.g.,
/httpdocs
) -
Map source databases to existing or new databases

Set conflict rules (e.g., overwrite existing files or skip)
Then click Start Import.
Step 6: Wait for Completion
The process may take a few minutes depending on the site size.
You’ll see a success message once the import is complete.
Step 7: Test the Imported Site
Visit your domain to make sure the site is working properly.
