Adding mikyhost as an SMTP relay for ssmtp is easy. Edit/etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf and add the following:

mailhub=smtp.mikyhost.com:587
AuthUser=mikyhostusername
AuthPass=mikyhostpassword
UseSTARTTLS=YES
